Explain to a new manager the Family and Medical Leave Act. Explain the law and then give him a few examples. This should be at least 12 sentences. Talk about what you can take FMLA for and how long you can be away. A few sentences on the history is required.
Write 8 sentences about the Americans with Disabilities Act. Give an example of a covered disability and an example of something not covered. A few sentences on the history is required.
Ethics. When a lawyer addresses the judge in court they are bound by ethical rules that we will never mislead the judge or give the judge false information. If a lawyer does break this rule his or her reputation is tarnished. Why is it important in the business world to tell the truth and not mislead others?
