Explanation Letter
Please read this thoroughly, as it will explain additional documents needed (in bold print), and outline the committee review process.
My application has been placed on hold until you are committee reviewed. The hold was placed because you answered “yes” to one of the questions in the ‘Other Information’ portion of your application. In order to be reviewed, you will need to write and submit a detailed letter of explanation, describing the incident(s) that occurred as well as the outcome(s). You will also need to submit the following supporting documentation:
Court Orders
Probation Requirements
Vacated Sentences
Satisfaction of Judgments
Initial charges, dropped charges and/or pending charges
Any other documentation pertaining to your case
Probation Officer name and contact information
Notes for you:
1. My case is a year old
2. I was Initially supposed to see the judge months after within the same year & the court decided to push the date back.
3. I will officially see the Judge on 1/20/21
4. My charges were:
• Marijuana Violation (less of an once)
• Traffic Violation (Move over law- That I never knew about)
• Tampering with evidence (Crushed the weed I had left to hide from the police)
5. On the night I’ve gotten arrested I was taking my friend/ co-worker home & Kennesaw State pulled me over….
6. I’m not convicted of anything
