Marketing Proposal
Scenario: You have been asked to create a proposal for a social media strategy at your company (you decide the company). Your supervisor would like the proposal to be based on research and theory. You will present the proposal to your team, your superiors, and the CEO/President/Highest Ranked person.
In your proposal, you must include the following:
A summary of your company and its purpose (this could be real or you could make this
up for the assignment).
A summary of your target demographic/audience.
The social media platforms you will be using in your social media campaign (select at
least three).
The strategy you propose (timeline, how many people you should use, suggestions for
people on the team, why you want to use your selected platforms, the types of posts you will make on each platform, how frequently you will create posts, what hashtags you should use/avoid, etc.)
Your rationale for your strategy, which will include a summary of relevant research and communication theories to back your rationale.
List any possible conflicts you may face and how you will overcome them (from budget to trolls to your plans going against what you initially thought, etc.—draw from the readings).
