– In paraphrasing information from sources uncovered in your research, use proper APA style citation format – for in-text citations and the References list.
– The memo summarizes and paraphrases the readings effectively integrates them to analyze and explain critical thinking and reflection within the field of nursing. The memo does not use quotes from sources.

revision plan- “there are some grammatical and technical errors which could make the memo difficult to understand. The bullet points should not have punctuation like the commas and the last bullet point is capitalized. There are a few other technical errors like missing letters and punctuation.

The introduction seems to be split into two separate paragraphs combining these will assist in the construction of the memo. In addition the third paragraph mentions steps and then does not explain them, this is confusing to the reader. Instead perhaps state those steps and use them as the outline or I would summarize them or even not mention them simply summarize.

I have some trouble with the conclusion, the statement which seems to be the conclusion doesn’t tie into the rest of the memo and doesn’t sum up what the memo says, it instead brings in new information. This information could be used in a different area as a new point if you would like to keep it. If you use the bullet point method for the structure, try to restate these points in your conclusion bringing the memo to a thoughtful end”.
