The title page should include:
A concise and informative title (limit 15 words)

Abstract
Please provide an abstract of 250 words. The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references.
These four sub-headings and their accompanying explanations must always be included:
“Purpose”:In one or two sentences, summarize the focus of the study.
“Design/methodology/approach”
“Findings”:In one to four sentences, please identify what the author considers to be the most important findings and insights of the study.
Originality

The following three sub-headings are optional and can be included, if applicable:
“Research limitations”
“Practical Implications”: In one to four sentences, please identify what the author considers to be the most important practical implications of the study.
“Social Implications”: In one to four sentences, please discuss what the author consider to be the most important practitioner and/or policy maker implications of the study.

Keywords
Please provide 4 to 6 keywords which can be used for indexing purposes.

The article should be between 8,000 and 10,000 words in length. This includes all text including references and appendices.

Declarations
The manuscript must contain the following sections under the heading ‘Declarations’.

If any of the sections are not relevant to the manuscript, please include the heading and write ‘Not applicable’ for that section.
Funding (information that explains whether and by whom the research was supported)
Conflicts of interest/Competing interests (include appropriate disclosures)
Availability of data and material (data transparency)
Code availability (software application or custom code)
