Market-Oriented Assessment with Internal and External Analysis

This four-part paper is a continuation of your strategic marketing analysis plan from Week 1’s discussion. The business focus you chose for the discussion in Week 1 will be the same focus of this paper.

Mission Statement
Take the Mission Formulation and Statement developed in the Week 1 discussion and create a succinct mission statement, one sentence long, that embodies all the components. Be sure to incorporate any relevant feedback or edits provided to you by your instructor and peers
Market-Oriented Assessment
Complete the Market-Oriented Assessment (located in Chapter 1 of our textbook of your company) based on what you want for your company, given the criteria for each of the five areas noted, and prepare a summary of your score results and interpretation based on the total score. Note: You do not need to include the table in your paper
SWOT Analysis
Review the information on SWOT Analysis from Chapter 2 of your textbook, Figure 2.8, and conduct a SWOT analysis on your company (ideal state). Your SWOT should be four quadrants addressing internal and external factors
Core Strategy
Review what a core strategy is, and discuss what your core strategy will be for your company and why. Refer to Chapter 2 of our textbook

Parameters: Two to three pages, APA style, Times New Roman 12-pt. font, one-inch margins, double-spacing, and subheads. Format with a cover page and a reference page. Please support your paper with two to three academic references.
