This is the hypothesis you need for Abstract part.
Hypothesis: If beet tissue is exposed to higher concentrations of detergent, then there is an increase of betacyanin leakage into the solution because the membrane becomes more permeable, due to the damage caused by the detergent.
Our Group Data and graph: (Results)note: we used this data from two assigned groups.
Abstract: Address the main reasons for this investigation using the hypothesis given. Number of replicates is 3 as from the data above.
Introduction:Follow the guided document you need around 4 paragrapahs for the intro with references to where they came from if you use research. The hypothesis is given to you above.
Methods: You can watch this video on how the experiment was done and use that to explain how the experiment was taken in past tense. And the part where it says how data needs to be summarized just use you own words to explain that the data was done in excel just exactly like the picture of the data I have put up. I am not sure about error bars if they need to be included yet or not but later, I will let you know if it needs to be added in the graph.
