DISCUSSION POINT #2: Comedy and thriller genre conventions. Write two examples of the film’s use of these genre conventions, and how film critics scrutinized this. If possible, use sources to support your claims.

DISCUSSION POINT #3: Jim Carrey’s performance. Write two examples of how his performance in this film is a departure from his previous performances. If possible, use sources to support your claims.

CONCLUSION: Restate your thesis, summarize your argument again. Try to add some new insight regarding your argument.
