Suggested Format
1. Introduction of the group and statement of the purpose of a Value Chain Analysis
2. Explain the study you conducted (what you did)
3. Explain your findings (what you found; clearly identifying the critical areas))
4. Explain your proposals (what you recommend)
5. Summary & Conclusion
The above format is presented as a recommended structure for your oral presentation. The format allows you to divide the presentation by assigning a topic to each member of the group. This distributes the responsibility for the presentation to all the members of the group. Each member should make sure that the slides related to their area of responsibility are well prepared and should rehearse their role in the presentation for optimal effectiveness. The group leader(s) should also make sure that all the slides are properly integrated to provide a smooth transition from one topic to the next.
