by ScottMcLean

Aristotle taught that rhetoric, or the art of public speaking, involves the faculty of observing in any given case the available means of persuasion.1 … presenting your audience with arguments in order to motivate themto adopt your view, consider your points, or change theirbehavior.

The summary should include the key ideas about persuasion that you heard from the interviewee. Do not put the answers to your questions in this section. Include the questions and answers in an Appendix at the end of the report. Make sure to give the first and last name of the interviewees.

“Can I have your email so I can send you a confirmation of the date and time of our meeting?”
“Thank you for giving me the opportunity to talk to you about your approach. I look forward to meeting you”.
“Good bye”.
