Imagine that you are a facilitation consultant. You’ve been hired to design and conduct the upcoming “Project Aerial” launch meeting referred to in on the first page of the TerraCog case study. You have spent some time learning about TerraCog’s meeting culture. The launch meeting has been scheduled for a four-hour block of time, from 8:00 am to noon. Important note – in the case study, the meeting is scheduled for the next day; assume that you have two weeks to prepare.

Be sure to make specific references to course readings and lectures to explain your approach — this is not a research paper!

Sections of the analysis:

Situation Analysis (34%) — Make an assessment of current meeting dynamics at TerraCog. Provide specific examples from the meeting interaction described in the case. What are the factors that contribute to the dysfunctional meeting culture?
