This week’s reading addresses the concept of the Status Cycle. Using the risk list, you have been using in Discussion all semester, discuss how the status cycle could help with the improvement of monitoring your risk list specifically (Note: I am not looking for a generic response. I am looking for you to evaluate your risk list specifically that you created below. The second part of your discussion response has to do with whether or not trend analysis can help or influence the Status Cycle process as it relates to your risk list specifically. Make sure you explain why or why not with details.

3 Lack of Support Not enough support can make you feel “burnt out”
4 Systems Issues This will cause delays in the project
5 Lack of Communication This can result in toes being stepped on
6 Employee turnover This can cause a lack of knowledge in certain projects
7 Gold plating Adding “style” can cause you to forget about the task at hand
8 Changes in Government Policies This can cause constraints within the project
9 Unavoidable Risks You can’t prepare for some risk
10 Inaccurate Estimations This can result in you spending more time on a project
11 End-user Engagement The user can have an issue after the product is released
12 Poor Management This can result in a failed project
