Slide format-

Disclaimer: Make all your slides short and to the point. Get to all your main points quickly and in a way that they make sense. If anything you’ll explain in your presentation. Don’t depend on slides.

Show your strategic analysis of the value chart for your process and explain what you found. Include Percentages. Possibly why it is a critical process. This should be done in your first slide unless you wannagive a brief summary about your processbefore analysis then put in second.- Make short and to the point.

Your next slides however should be the start of your initiatives. What your gonna do with IT to fix the problems.Make these slides in away that gets to your points clearly in a few sentences. Ex. Slides 9 or 11 and 12

Don’t be shy to put multiple points just as long as you explain them while not eating the page. 2-3 sentences each Aim for 1-2 though if you can.Example 12 or 9

And background on your process is always appreciated.

INDIVIDUAL SLIDE ENCHANCMENTS

Slide 3-Slide 3 looks ok but could possibly be shortened not yet determined.

Slide 4 and 5– S4/S5 on Course scheduling needs to be shortened only stating relevant factsor most important facts and done in slide format. So strategic analysis and then initiatives with alittle background info if you want,so that’s where you could keep what you said but shorten it a lot and give it its own slide. Just for info

SLIDE 14- Put in format not the slide format but a format the shows the initiatives. Not much work but yea. To me it feels like it could definitely flow better. Right now it’s still in document format- Basically make shorter.

SLIDE 15 – Same as 14

Slide 16– Needs to be put inslide format or keep all of it and honestly add 2 or 3 more slides that follow slide format because I feel like these could stay. But the process is critically underexplained

Some slides were too long I feel like for other slides we could have definitely gotten to the main points easier and I guess more efficiently.
