Begin preparing the Course Project Topic Outline

2. How long has society known about the selected topic?
b. Description/details of the topic, such as:
1. Symptoms;
2. Diagnosis;
3. Treatment;
4. Prognosis.
c. Body systems affected by this pathology/disease.
d. An explanation of the significance of this topic to health sciences and the future impact on careers in the field, new technologies, and new job opportunities related to this topic.
e.Details for at least three references used in the research your topic. These can be books, articles in scientific journals, and websites. Images and pictures obtained from the Internet that are used in the presentation must also include references.
f. Explanation of any additional resources you will use to support your research. For example, you may work in a related field and use your expertise or the expertise of a colleague or friend. Interviewing family or friends is also an acceptable additional resource.
