Your meeting with the vice president went well and she has asked you to prepare a training session for a new crop of middle level leaders in the organization. You’re excited for this presentation and you know that it could potentially have a very positive impact on the organization. For this assignment we would like you to prepare a PowerPoint presentation which deals with the mechanics of developing a project schedule. In putting this PowerPoint together imagine that you are indeed this consultant and you are being asked to create this particular material as a conduit to training these managers in the art and science of developing a project schedule. You are certainly welcome to talk a bit about the overarching importance of project management.
Your PowerPoint presentation should include the following and completely answer all of the questions for each bullet point. Use clear headings that allow your professor to know which bullet you are addressing on the slides in your presentation. Support your content with at least three (3) citations throughout your presentation. Make sure to reference the citations using the APA writing style for the presentation. Include a reference slide at the end. Follow best practices for PowerPoint and Prezi presentations related to test size, color, images, effects, wordiness, and multimedia enhancements.
