The following assignment is based on submissions by students in this class. It was hard to decide which ones to pick — so many were carefully thought out and well executed! Eventually I narrowed it down to images that address specifically the relationship between architecture and human elements, and then it was still the luck of the draw. – Invent your own story, based on the images. Note and explain what elements in the images made you imagine the story. Note in particular the relationship between architecture and human elements. Pay also special attention to characteristics of the mise-en-scene, and to how the change from one image to another contributes to the story.
