Step 2: You will write a short, though well-written, college level paper including each of the elements below.

In not less than one full paragraph, respond to the following: In considering emerging technologies (generally, not any specific technology), what are some of the challenges of applying both consequential and nonconsequential ethical theories (be detailed in your response)?

Section 2:
In not less than one full paragraph, respond to the following: In considering some of the technological advances discussed in the textbook, and in this week’s video assignments, do you think there is a distinction between restorative technologies and enhancement technologies? Does your view of the morality of each group/type (restorative vs. enhancement) differ?

Section 3:
In not less than one full paragraph, respond to the following: How should we proceed with technological advancements to ensure that they are ethically sound, or should there be no limitations whatsoever? Who gets to decide and who is responsible for oversight (scientific community, governments, citizens, etc.)?
