I need a final paper written on my business idea for a operations management class. I am using Chewy (online pet retailer) and adding a new line of business to the current offering. The deliverable is a Project Management Plan on my business idea, ChewyVet. ChewyVet helps the current online retailer expand its market share by adding an online veterinary service.
The assignment is split into 3 modules, of which I completed 1 module so for which I will attach. Please use my module 1 (copy and paste my work), and apply to the final project as it applies to the rubic topics. Here are the topics I completed:

For module 2 and 3, this is where I will need you to create new material (in the rubicons, this is topics from “Potential Cost” to “Phase-Out Plan”.
