Reaction Paper
Each essay must be at least 1000 words in length and follow APA format. Your essay should be typed, double-spaced on standard-sized paper (8.5″ x 11″) with 1″ margins on all sides. You should use a clear font that is highly readable. APA recommends using 12 pt. Times New Roman font. For this paper, everything should be in your own words – do not use any direct quotes.
Late submissions will be penalized.

The overarching goal of the core capstone class is as follows:
“Goal: Students will demonstrate understanding of the four core knowledge attributes and integrate them with course themes and content in light of the Jesuit principle of seeking to live a socially responsible life which underlies the Canisius College mission.
For this paper, you should connect this goal to two of the four core knowledge attributes by describing content and concepts from courses that you have taken at Canisius. Specifically, you should describe this goal and what it means in your own words. Then, you should relate this goal to two of the four core knowledge attributes (i.e., Justice, Ethics, Global Awareness, and/or Diversity). In doing so, describe the knowledge attributes that are relevant to your paper in your own words. Connect each knowledge attribute to the goal by discussing material from one other course that you have taken here at Canisius, along with this course (Cultural Psychology). Make sure you describe these outside courses in general, as well as the specific material from them. You should also describe this course and the specific relevant material from this course (Cultural Psychology) as well. Finally, relate the material from each course back to the attributes and goal.
Your intended audience is an intelligent layperson, so you should describe concepts in a way that someone with no knowledge of the material could understand. Also, you cannot use other Psychology classes as the other courses to which you are connecting material from this course.
