Directions: Over the course of the semester, we have discussed many career and life lessons from the book, The Third Door: The Wild Quest to Uncover How the World’s Most Successful People Launched Their Careers, by Alex Banayan. For this assignment, select 3 of the major lessons listed below and reflect on what they mean, how they’re illustrated in the book, and how you will apply them during your time here at Widener and as you launch your career. This is not an exhaustive list; if you have other ideas, send me a note about your idea.

Draft a clear and concise 1-2 page (more is NOT always better) reflection paper (using the TEMPLATE BELOW, deleting this first page). I am looking to see that you read the book and have spent time reflecting on its contents. You should be writing a clearly organized, thoughtful paper.
Rubric: For this assignment, I will grade based on the following rubric.
Logic (2 points)
Did you address each item clearly and concisely, giving full consideration to each? 1 point
Did you present your ideas logically, with well-formed paragraphs? 1 point
Analysis (6 points)
Are your interpretations of the lessons accurate and did you support your ideas with examples from the book? 3 points
Are your responses superficial or do they address deeper meaning (read between the lines)? 3 points
Professionalism (2points)
Did you present your work in a professional manner: respect page limits, use appropriate business style and tone, use section headings, etc.? 1 point
Did you write a paper free from grammar, spelling, and typographical errors? 1 point
