Assignment Overview & Prompt:
In this annotated bibliography, you will provide the bibliographic citations and annotations for the 10 required sources for the final Research Argument essay.
Choose either MLA or APA to format your annotated bibliography.
Annotated bibliographies contain 2 things: the full bibliographic citation of each required source (in APA we call these Reference citations and in MLA, we call these Works Cited citations) and an annotation. The annotation is written immediately under the citation, and it is a 2-sentence description of the source and 1-2 sentence explanation of how you will use the source for your argument, explicitly indicating which section(s) of the research argument the source supports. Remember, you will use research in at least 4 of the 5 sections of your Research Argument Essay. You may use one source in multiple sections of the paper, certainly.

Source Requirement:
10 sources: 2 scholarly, 1 primary, and the remaining 7 can be popular sources from databases or the Internet.
(Note: if you’ve collected and plan to use more than these 10, great! Just keep them, and use them in your Academic Research Argument Essay. You don’t need them in your Annotated Bibliography. I’m only checking for and grading these 10.)
