Journalism Now – The Birth of Digital Information and its Effects on Journalism
This group will focus on a brief history about Search Engines and Advertising, the News and what today’s journalists’ options are in their logical decisions to make a living. As well as the Internet of Things or media outlets available to them and the effects it has on their careers.
We believe these are important points of discussion because the Newspaper Industry has been in a steady decline in the last 25 years. Though internet has helped journalism flourish it has left its negative effects too. We would discuss the factors responsible for these effects. Subscription channels are not subscribing customers. Small newspaper businesses have filed for bankruptcy, the digital literacy of the audience plays a major role for the survival of this industry.
This research paper was written keeping in mind the rules of plagiarism and applying the concepts learned while acknowledging the rules of copyright material. It is centered on the rise of Journalism and how it is transforming into a well-oiled Social Media machine.

Week 14:
List the pages your group will have in the wiki in the order they will appear; this list will include a page for each subtopic. Subtopics should each be formulated as a specific research question, with the name of the group member who will cover that section. In most cases, these are the subtopics which have been approved—one per person in the group. The entire wiki will need a brief introductory and conclusion section, too, so you should also list those and decide who will work on them. You will want a table of contents listing all the pages at the start of the wiki.
A few ideas about what resources you could use; you will flesh this out in the bibliography assignment that comes next. List what you have now.
VII. Conclusion: (a working hypothesis or planned destination)
Preview: Where are you headed? The expectation is that your final wiki will have sub-sections on different wiki pages (including one page per subtopic) and include nice links, images, maybe video, and very clear citations in APA format that tell your reader exactly which words or ideas you’ve borrowed and from where, so that they can click on them and read the original.
Remember what you learned about avoiding plagiarism by using APA-style in-text citations for any quote, paraphrase, summary, or idea that you found in a source. This means that you can’t just put your complete bibliography at the end. Your citations will need to be on the page where they’re referenced.
