- Executive Summary :-
This project aims to give the blind person as much as possible of visualization and feeling of the surrounding through using a set of sensors.
The system will be equipped with ultrasonic ranger to warn the user about any obstacles and specify whether it is a far obstacle or near obstacle
Also there will be digital compass that will give the user his direction so he will know exactly his heading direction.
And to give the blind person a complete idea about what is around him the system will be equipped with a color sensor, this sensor will read the color of the near objects.

In this project we will target the problems that the blind suffer from and aim to solve them. One of the ideas is to use digital glasses,To assist the blind and to companies interested in medical supplies to market this product,which is the target market for our project.

Market rivalry:
Day by day technology provides new facilities for people with various types of disabilities. One of those services is smart glasses that are designed to help the blind, giving them the opportunity to avoid accidents.
A competition (commercial) is a company or group of other competing firms having the same nature of business and trying to win customers; It can also symbolize the possibility of alternative products or new companies entering the market. If there is no competitor for a product or service, then most likely there is no popularity and success for this type of glasses.
The results of research and technological developments of the Organization are in a good competitive position.
- Buyers power:Joint stock companies manufacturing equipment and production lines for new inventions and they are among the strongest buyers in Kuwait. Although they are powerful buyers, they cannot control the cost of the product as it is limited, and the product is manufactured in Kuwait. So it is not easy to control, since we are the only company providing blinds glasses in Kuwait, there is no other option for buyers. That is why they were unable to switch supplier.
- Suppliers power: The supplier in the market are powerful. They are able to set the prices of their product. Also, they are able to revise the terms and conditions of the contract. Actually, our company is the unique supplies in the market, so it’s able to control several rules and conditions.
Substitute products: There is no chance for the substitution in this market and no alternative at all, because of the reason which is mention above. The only thing that the client can do without the need of the project is to keep the current situation as it is and buy this the problem will not be solved because there is no other solution to reach the goal.
Market rivalry:This industry has no competition in my country currently. But may have in future.
Threat of new entrants:There are a lot of barriers to entering the market, which makes entry difficult. At present, there is no possibility for a new confidence to emerge in the industry. Moreover, the commercial license is one of the rules and regulations for entering the market. Also, the level of risk is very high for starting a self-driving venture. On the other hand, the average budget required to start is around (50,000 Kuwaiti Dinars), which leads us to welcome the idea of financial support
