Module 4 Case Assignment
The case assignment is a 5-8 page 2-part assignment.
Part 1
Prepare an overview of the organization and topic you have selected. In part 1 of the assignment, you are to do the following:
Introduction
Share why you selected the organization and provide a brief overview of the organization
Briefly share the relevance of the topic to the organization Your purpose statement (what you intend to write about in this paper)
Main Body (content)–Share details about the topic relative to concepts discussed previous modules. Make sure you compare and contrast with literature and sources external to your organization. In other words, always show how the concepts below are relevant within your organization’s industry.
Ethics
Compliance and Legal Implications HR Professionals Competencies
Conclusion
Summarize what you wrote
Implications of how you plan to use what you learned, e.g., help the organization gain a competitive advantage in the industry/sector, etc.
Add a references page at the end of the paper citing references used

in the body of the paper Part 2
Insert a page break after the references section in part 1, and then create an APA formatted annotated bibliography with at least 4 sources from the Touro library (Journals, Magazines and/or Trade Publications). Hint: The articles can be used to support your write up in part 1 of the case assignment. Make sure you state the database used to retrieve the source, e.g., EBSCO multi-search, ProQuest, etc.
Writing Guidelines:
Include title and references pages (not included in the total 5-8 page count)
Write your paper in APA style format
Proofread for spelling and grammar errors
Use at least 7 references with at least 4 sources from the Touro library
Use proper in text citations
Use the library information literacy page as needed to assist in avoiding plagiarism, etc.
