Argument Paper- The Value of Cultural Intelligence In Managing Various Aspects of Life
evaluate (in an Argument Paper) the value of cultural intelligence in managing the inequalities and injustices in your social, professional, and personal life development. Begin your paper by providing background information on how historical, social, and cultural structures and process (i.e., industrial revolution, 911, or other historical events) shape our understanding of inequality and injustices and the affect these factors had on individuals and/or groups in the U.S. The paper must have be clearly formatted as they guidelines I have provided below.

Sub-Headings (in your Supporting Evidence) represent the topics you will discuss in your essay. You are required to create a title that reflectives the topic you plan to discussed in that section of your paper. Your sub-heading should be centered and in bold font (no italic or underlines) with the first letter in each word of the title capitalized.
There also must be a counter argument.
