Account Support Aligned with Account Strategies Works with Commercial representatives to understand account strategy and what is required (in terms of day-to-day support) to execute. Executes day-to-day requests and activities, complex or routine, in accordance with client’s policies, procedures and priorities. Applies comprehensive knowledge of the client and Element’s products and services. Uses discretion and independent judgment advising clients and works with client to recognize need and recommend solutions. Takes ownership of client issues and applies critical thinking and problem solving/root cause analysis to identify solution. Manages exceptions to ensure processes / requests align with contractual terms Identifies customer data needs and reporting Participates in projects and other process improvement initiatives in order to continuously improve the customer service model Identifies requests that require specialized knowledge or escalation; leverages subject matter experts to quickly and efficiently resolve inquiries Client Relationship Management Builds and sustains effective working relationships with client contacts in assigned portfolio. Proactively seeks to understand and assess client goals and objectives .May participate in client visits, including post-visit debrief and implementation of action plans. May travel to the client’s location to support business needs. Internal Relationship Management Builds relationships and works as an effective business partner with commercial team and operations leaders/SMEs. Influences business partners, fosters collaboration and builds commitment to achieve shared goals. Develops and maintains a network of internal resources across functions. Engages others across the organization to provide the best solutions; represents the “voice of the client.” Backs-up and assists other Client Solutions Partners in support of their assigned portfolios during absences from work or other circumstances as required. Client Solutions Partners are responsible for providing support to the Manager or Director to help drive achievement of customer retention, penetration and growth goals. Incumbents build and maintain relationships with the customer by providing ongoing day to day account support, recommending cost saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of the fleet. The position contributes to a client’s ability to achieve goals, as well as to Element Fleet’s achievement of account retention and growth objectives

Ensures work is completed accurately and efficiently, with significant attention to detail. Manages multiple tasks simultaneously in a rapidly changing, fast-paced, environment .Effectively allocates time to complete work and uses time effectively. Occasional business travel (10% or less) required.
Proficiency in various MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
