Use APA format to cite your sources and make sure to use 1-inch margins and 12 point Times New Roman font. Your paper must address the following points:
• What was the main issue in the case?
• What was the majority opinion?
• What was the dissenting opinion?
• How does this case affect criminal law today?
3). Make sure to write your paper using APA format. In-text citations are required as well as a separate references page. The references page does not count as part of the page requirement. You must write your formal paper using your own words (do not copy and paste long quotes—paraphrase the information and cite it properly).
