Every member of the Studious leadership team has a social responsibility to the society in which it operates and to the employees they employ. The senior team recognise that it is the employees who will lead the company to long-term success.
In order to meet customer needs the company has recently grown from 5 team members to 21 in the space of 5 months. Studious is entering a period of stability in terms of team member growth, and has commissioned your consultancy services to advise on how best to create a workplace, that is fit for continued organisational success and growth.
Your consultancy specialises in workforce success and growth and this task is to present your recommendations to the leadership team, in terms of the ways to ensure the team are and remain highly motivated, working in a positive and dynamic organisational culture.
Your team presentation must include:
A brief introduction to the presenters and the key objectives addressed in the presentation.
Taking in to account leadership style recommend the leadership style(s) and traits which ensures a continual scanning of the environment to identify and seize opportunities for growth and which will ihave a positive impact on team members’ commitment to delvering outstanding work.
Taking in to account current team working, recommend ways to build team cohesiveness as the team moves into a hybrid approach of working from home and in an open plan office.
Recommend ways to ensure team members are and remain motivated, passionate, and agile to change direction as and when the business environment dictates.
Based on the above recommendations, describe the organisational culture where ambition and innovation is embraced, where individuals can aspire to be their very best, where teams work together creatively, and where the company can remain nimble and continue to grow.

The presentation will last 10 minutes with a maximum 10 slides (if using PowerPoint). The 10 slides exclude the title, responsibility and reference(s) slide(s).
